Try before you buy
Every download includes a free 3-day full trial with every scene and effect unlocked. We genuinely recommend using the trial first to confirm Brezy runs well on your Mac and display setup before purchasing.
App Store purchases
Purchases made through the Mac App Store are processed by Apple, so refunds are too. To request one, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com (sign in with the Apple ID you bought with, find the Brezy Full Unlock purchase, and choose “Request a refund”). Apple decides these requests under its own standard terms - we can't issue App Store refunds directly, but we're glad to help you through the process at support@brezy.app.
Legacy website purchases
Before moving to the App Store, Brezy licenses were sold on this website. Those purchases keep their original guarantee: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, processed back to your original payment method through Stripe. Email support@brezy.app with the address you bought with and a quick note on what didn't work. When a license is refunded, its key is no longer authorized for use. We may decline refunds outside the 14-day window or where there's clear evidence of abuse. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under your local consumer-protection laws.
